The 50 Series and 80 Series plugins are modeled after the original hardware, widely used by engineers in the 1970s and 1980s to shape the sound of countless recordings. The add-ons are designed to deliver the same rich, warm, and powerful sound as the original hardware, but with the added convenience and flexibility of modern digital technology.

The 50 Series Plugin includes a three-band EQ with high and low rack filters as well as a full parametric midrange. The plugin's preamp section includes gain control and a high-pass filter.

The 80 Series Plugin includes four EQ bands with high and low rack filters, fixed high frequency band and full parametric mid frequency range. The plugin's preamp section includes gain control, a high-pass filter, and a switchable high-frequency gain.

Both plugins include input and output level controls, as well as a phase switch to fix phase problems that can arise when combining multiple tracks.
