NoteEQ provides each note in the regular audio spectrum with its own EQ range calculated for you. In previous versions, simply EQ-ing a hole sometimes caused more problems than it fixed, but now, with a limiter, you can take hold of the mix when it crashes and Leave it alone until problems occur! Click “E” (for Enable, still deciding on a name) to enable a band (they are disabled by default), and “D” in the enabled band to enable the limiter. Octave switching using the +/- buttons under the spectrum. Note that the octaves are displayed on the spectrogram display so you don't need to do the math.
