Kiive Audio Tape Face is an analogue simulation of a classic German tape machine with some added features to give you flexibility in any combination. It includes the following features:

INPUT/OUTPUT

Tape Face's Input/Output lets you add subtle saturation of tape to your tracks if left in unit increments (0), or make your sound more distorted by turning the input knob . This section also includes a link button to automatically reduce your output volume when pressed.

METER/IPS

Tape Face's Meter/IPS allows you to change the VU meter model from the input signal, reducing gain and output. The IPS switch allows you to switch between 7.5 ips and 15 ips.

TAPE BIAS/LOW BOOST

Tape Face's Bias/Low Boost allows you to adjust the offset of the tape from normal to +3. The low gain node engages the low frequency EQ curve to compensate for some of the lows lost while pushing the input. The noise control knob allows you to adjust the volume of noise and noise found in analog tape recorders.
