Eyeshot is a CAD controller for .NET. Design to create or edit 2D and 3D geometry, Drawing to create 2D views automatically, Simulation to validate geometry using linear static analysis, and Manufacturing to create and simulate toolpaths CNC. Several preconfigured view styles and configurations are available at design time. All non-UI related features are available as .NET neutral cross-platform core. The installer includes 80 code samples for both WinForms and WPF (and for the C# and VB.NET programming languages) covering most common CAD/CAM/CAE topics.

• 3D Graphics: Forget about blending, polygon compensation, shading, shadow maps, FBO, VBO, etc.: Eyeshot has implemented these advanced 3D graphics technologies in the most efficient way , for both OpenGL and DirectX renderers.
• Minimum frame rate, progressive drawing, small object removal, and truncated pyramid removal always ensure the best 3D navigation experience, even for large data sets.
• NURBS curves and surfaces are the most accurate geometric representations available. They can be created from scratch or imported from IGES or STEP file formats. There are several tools available to create or edit these objects.
• DWG Support: Eyeshot always updates the latest DWG/DXF versions. Our products are upgraded and tested for every new DWG/DXF file format available.
• Eyeshot has several different selection modes. You can select entities in the foreground or throughout the scene using selections, boxes, or polygons. Sub-item selection (object face, edge, or vertex) is also available; all of this is even programmed.
• Input devices are important for modern CAD applications. With Eyeshot, you can choose between a standard mouse, 3D mouse, finger (multi-touch) or pen input device.
