Line 6 Metallurgy is a sound collection that includes amplifier and effects add-on plugins created specifically for guitarists who want quick and easy access to sessions. modern and classical versions as well as creating their own original sounds. Three Metallurgy Collection plugins feature amplifier models and effects drawn from the award-winning HX ® product line—guaranteeing outstanding sound quality and dynamic response. Each plugin has four amplifier types that can be paired with any of the eight loudspeaker cabinets. Two microphones can be selected from a virtual "microphone lock" containing eight types of microphones, and these can be combined with a stereo microphone array in the room. Up to two third-party pulse feedback (IR) can be substituted for factory microphones. All microphones can be positioned in a variety of ways, and a 4-band parametric EQ lets you sculpt your cabinet's sound even more. Four pre-amplifier and three post-amplifier effects are also provided—including polyphonic pitch conversion—noise gates and color correction are also provided.
