Sound Normalizer is an application to adjust sound, normalize volume and improve the quality of music files in MP3, FLAC and WAV formats. Sound Normalizer reduces, improves, regains volume and file size without losing ID3, FLAC, Ogg tags of Mp3, Ogg, FLAC, APE and Wav (PCM 8, 16, 24, 32 bit, DSP files , GSM, IMA ADPCM, MS ADPCM, AC3, MP3, MP2, OGG, A-LAW, u-LAW).

Sound Normalizer also allows editing ID3, FLAC, Ogg Tags, converting FLAC to Mp3 (with saving ID3, FLAC tags), FLAC to Wav, Wav to Mp3, Mp3 to Wav, Mp3 to Mp3 (with saving ID3 tag), Wav to APE, APE to Wav, APE to Ogg, Wav to Ogg, Ogg to Wav files using Lame MP3 Encoding 3.99.2, FLAC Encoding 1.2.1, Monkey's Audio Encoding 4.11, Ogg Vorbis Encoding 1.3 .2 (aoTuV 6.03), listen to Mp3, FLAC, Ogg and Wav using the built-in audio player.

Features of Sound Normalizer

• Mp3 / Wav / FLAC / Ogg / APE normalizer allows to perform individual testing and normalization for each channel.
• The audio normalizer contains a batch processor and allows to perform batch testing, batch normalization and batch conversion of Mp3, Ogg, FLAC, APE and Wav (PCM 8, 16, 24, 32 bit, DSP, GSM, IMA ADPCM, MS ADPCM, AC3, MP3, MP2, OGG, A-LAW, u-LAW).
• The volume level is expressed graphically in percentages or decibels (dB).
• Wav, Ogg, APE and FLAC normalization and testing are performed at peak level (Peak normalization) and at average level (RMS normalization).
• Mp3 normalization and testing are performed at an average level (RMS normalization). Mp3 Normalizer allows direct modification of the volume of the scanned file without using the Encoder and APEv2 tags.
