Apulsoft splitS is an audio tool specifically designed to deal with sibilance - the sharp "s" sound - in vocal tracks. Unlike traditional hiss removers, splitS is not a hiss remover but acts as a simple audio mixer, splitting the input audio signal into two full-range components: sibilance and non-sibality. This allows precise control of the level of the sibilance separately from the rest of the vocal without compression, EQ or crossover, maintaining 100% signal integrity if no volume changes are applied.
