Frischluft OFX Bundle 2025

Frischluft OFX Bundle is a combination of two professional OpenFX plugins from Frischluft: Lenscare OFX and Flair OFX.

Frischluft Lenscare OFX

Lenscare specializes in creating realistic depth of field (DoF) and defocus effects in post-production using depth maps (Z-depth). It simulates the effect of a camera aperture and creates a physically accurate blur effect, avoiding the noise commonly found in conventional blur filters.

Features:

• The Depth of Field effect uses a depth buffer for precise focus control.
• The Defocus effect creates a constant radius blur effect without depth information.
• Customizable lens aperture and highlight blur effects.
• Background distortion for semi-transparent areas.
• Supports 16-bit image formats and multi-CPU processing.

Compatibility: Works with OFX hosts such as DaVinci Resolve, Fusion 17 standalone (not Fusion inside Resolve), and other hosts that support the OpenFX plugin.

Benefits: Faster than rendering 3D ray-traced DoF, high-quality and physically based algorithms for true realism, while avoiding DoF artifacts commonly found in other plugins.

Frischluft Flair OFX

Flair adds optical effects such as shine, glow, sparkle and lens flare to footage.

Features:

• Includes 8 high-quality effects such as Box Blur, Glass Sphere and Amiga Rules (zoom rotation effect).
• Supports 16-bit images and multi-CPU processing.
