Despite the complex tasks of the membership system, we have tried to make the program as simple and straightforward as possible. The system has many ways to quickly enter data such as hot-buttons, automatically entering information from the database... The system allows you to store various information for members: personal data (place of birth, date of birth), more contact information, multiple addresses, multiple photos, banking data . There are also many special fields such as trustee, insurance information or member ID card issuance history.

In the program, it is very easy to know which courses the member has logged in, which invoices have been issued to him, and which payments have been received from him. The balance of the members is also shown.

Courses have the following attributes: name, description, category, beginning, end, hall, instructor, etc.

Can assign a person to the course and control availability. Courses can be included in the total invoice or any individual course can be invoiced.

Each course will take place in one room. Rooms can be defined in settings. The program provides a graphical representation of the number of people using the room.

The system provides features for managing member fee schedules and automatically generating member invoices - automatically creating invoices before the start or after the end of the accounting period.

From existing accounts in the program, you can create a SEPA direct debit. They can be stored in an XML file and used to automatically debit amounts in online banking. The selected accounts will be marked as "paid" and the corresponding payments will be generated.

The program has various statistics and charts, such as the number of active members or the total number of invoices issued.
