Color Cone is a completely new concept for color correction as well as shaping. The software is powerful as well as intuitive and can deliver impressive results in just a few clicks.Color Cone is based on the HCL– color model is displayed as a bicon (also named Color Cone). The HCL– color model is not as common or popular as the HSV model but is much more suitable for photo editing. It carries again some advantage because shadows and highlights have almost no chroma in this color model. 100% black and 100% white usually have no saturation even when other models allow this. Even Identical colors in different locations as they appear in the upper and lower parts of the color cylinder are also excluded in the HCL model. Additionally, you can then restore and adjust skin tones if they are accidentally tinted.

Through intelligent conversion from source color to target color using Picture Instruments' Color Warp technology, even drastic changes in color even in 8-bit images can look very smooth .To create a look or edit colors, you can define one or more points. Each of these points has a source and target color value, as well as a radius that determines the influence on surrounding colors. This way, very specific edits can be made using a very small radius while a larger radius can help you create the desired atmosphere in the photo. To avoid blending or removing impact of several control points by overlapping, Color Cone has a useful auto-radius function.
