CSiXCAD is a plugin for AutoCAD, BricsCAD and ZWCAD to simplify the production of drawings by interacting directly with ETABS and SAP2000. CSiXCAD provides a direct link between the defined and maintained texture models in ETABS or SAP2000 and the drawings record them in CAD software. Both the steel structure and the reinforced concrete are supported.

In the input process, you have the full control over which objects are imported and the drawings see which drawings are created. The data in the CSiXCAD model BIM is specified only once and any changes to a texture item in the drawing are reflected on all the drawings in which the item is displayed.

CSiXCAD removes data transfer needs and marks in a manual way for CAD engineers and automatically creates a set of original drawings that can be customized and refined by CAD. Then, when the engineer made changes to the original design model, CSiXCAD was able to compare the content of the BIM model with the modified design model and enter all the changes or only the selected changes.

CSiXCAD creates "BIM objects" explicitly represents the structural components and their associated annotation items. These BIM objects are different from the original CAD objects in that they carry the structural information and the non-graphic project. Many options allow you to control how BIM objects are self-shown in CAD software. Modifications or changes made to BIM objects allow faster updates of drawings and details.
