DesktopPic allows you to display or watermark images on your Windows desktop wallpaper. Display one or more pictures in a resizable, movable window with no borders or captions, so all you see is the photo. This will give the illusion of the image being part of your wallpaper, but it's really just another window. Any icons on the desktop in the same area as the image will be masked. Bitmap image formats, such as PNG (recommended), JPG, BMP and animated GIF are supported.

Features of DesktopPic

• You can run multiple copies of DesktopPic to have more than one slideshow on your screen (on any screen).
• DesktopPic always maintains the aspect ratio of the original image.
• DesktopPic does not project in full screen (that capability is built into Windows 7 and later).
• The Stamp feature provides the same results as when you edit your background image using an image editing program. It just makes the process easier and more enjoyable.
• The Stamp feature recognizes multiple monitors on Windows 8 and later.

How to download and run:

• Download the zip file using the link above.
• Extract DesktopPic.hta.
• Place DesktopPic.hta in a folder containing one or more images (files with the extension png, bmp, jpg or gif).
• Run (double-click) DesktopPic.hta.
• At the UAC prompt, uncheck Always ask before opening this file and then click Run.
