Multi Layer - Photo Editor 2.15

Multi Layer is a full-featured photo editor that can edit and arrange images into multiple layers. It supports selection tools (manual and magic wand tools) to selectively edit brightness, contrast, saturation, hue, and RGB color levels.

This app can perform any photo editing action: edit each layer independently, stack layers, blend modes, remove background with transparency, magic wand to choose and edit eye color, red eye, whiten,..., create amazing effects like flipping and overlaying reflections, creating collages, watermark overlays,...

Characteristics of multiple layers

• Layers: move, scale/zoom and rotate with simple finger gestures. Toggle lock and visibility. Set transparency, crop layer, flip horizontal/vertical, perspective, shadow layer, duplicate, merge layers, combine (flatten)...
• Settings: brightness, contrast, saturation, hue, and red, green, and blue (RGB) levels. Applies to entire layer or just selected area.
• Filters: smooth, blur, mosaic, sharpen, invert (negative), binary, vignette, grayscale, sepia, vintage filter, ... Hundreds of filters available available!.
• Paint/Erase/...: Paint on image layers using a variety of brushes and colors. A fill mode is also provided (with threshold). Remove background (turn parts of the image transparent); manual and automatic (with threshold). Background Restore and Stamp Copy.
• Frames: Download hundreds of photo frames and customize colors and tones: basic frames, grunge, christmas, love, patterns, ...
• Stickers: Add fun stickers as new layers: comics, speech bubbles, accessories, ribbons, party, holiday, love, christmas, halloween, ...
• Overlays: lighting effects, textures, gradients, blur effects, crystals, fire effects...
• Text: Add text to your photos - as independent layers with dozens of cool fonts. Set color/gradient, shadow, glow, border, and alignment.
• Shape: line, circle, rectangle, ellipse, star, ... With many fill and border options.
