Hard Disk Validator is a mobile utility to check your hard drive to identify bad components, this tool provides detailed information about bad components so you can find a way to fix them. Your hard drive records the data in the sector units (sector), whenever your hard drive updates a sector, it will also update the total of the stored checklist immediately after that sector data. When an area is read from your hard drive, the total inspection of that area must match that area data. When this is not accurate, the hard disk recognizes that the incident occurred during the recording process-the incident was called bad sector. There are many causes that lead to bad sector as blackout during recording or malfunctioning of the hard drive.

Hard Disk Validator provides you with a way to see if there is a bad area so you can overwrite it by removing the so-called bad area. If you are recovering from a power outage, then check Read + Wipe Damaged + Read will be the fastest way to clear the bad ingredients. If something is wrong with your drive, you should backup the data and select the Write + Verify check. This particular test will delete all data on disk. All tests record a log file that can be copied for later use.

Hard drive testing features of Hard Disk Validator:

• Read: Sweep the entire hard drive surface to find bad components.
• Read + Wipe Damaged + Read: Sweep the entire hard drive surface to find out the bad sector, if the bad sector will be overwritten, and read again to ensure they have been successfully written this time.
• Read + Write + Verify + Restore: The program will record a sample of the disk, which verifies the template that was successfully written, and then restored the original data.
• Write + Verify: The program will record a sample check on disk and sample verification was successfully written. (Original data will be lost).
