Wave Arts Panorama 7 v7.06

Wave Arts Panorama is a software plugin for digital audio workstations (DAW) that allows you to manipulate the stereo image of your audio tracks. It also has a virtual audio processor that can create amazingly realistic auditory scenes for playback through headphones or loudspeakers. Panorama uses 3D acoustic and acoustic environment modeling technology to simulate sound transmission in real space.

One of Panorama's unique features is its ability to simulate how sound waves interact with physical space. The plugin includes a room simulator that can be used to model different acoustic environments, such as a concert hall, recording studio, or small room. This can be used to add a sense of depth and space to your mixes, and make individual tracks sound like they were recorded in different spaces.

Features of Wave Arts Panorama

• The key new feature is a position sequencer, which can be used to automate trajectories and beat-synced music effects (auto-rotate). The sequencer works by rotating the audio along a set of orbital reference points.
• All new user interface with dark theme.
• Large UI area for rotation, now includes side and rear view options.
• Large virtual area to rotate. Previously Panorama 6 allowed from -10 to +10 feet, Panorama 7 allowed from -100 to +100 feet.
• Zoom in/out control.
• Support SOFA format HRIR. SOFA (Spatial Orientation Format for Audio) is a standard file format used to exchange head-related pulse responses. SOFA data support is provided through a conversion application called Sofa2Pan that converts from SOFA to Panorama format.
• Improved support for third-party HRIRs: HRIRs are specified by filename and are sample rates converted to session rates when loaded.
• Implementation of “Near-Head Model”. This improves reconstruction accuracy for proximal positions by applying additional head shadows based on the spherical head pattern.
• Added HRIR “Stereo Pan” to perform traditional stereo scanning.
• Added HRIR “Stereo Passthru” to perform binaural to proper speaker conversion.
