Allplan 2023 is the connecting platform for interdisciplinary collaboration between architects, engineers, prefabricated manufacturers and construction companies, bringing innovation and improvement. As a multi-material solution, Allplan covers everything from construction, in-situ concrete to steel and wood structures and, for the first time, precast concrete components. The ability to combine different construction materials and methods in a common pattern allows architects to better consider the use of economical and sustainable building materials earlier and to take into account the environmental regulations. Engineers and construction companies can build directly on the architect's design and use it as the basis for static and construction, building services, prefabrication and construction.

Allplan supports the workflow throughout the entire process, from the initial concept to the finished project, thus allowing time, cost and material savings. Highlights for architects include fast processing of site survey data and point cloud data for renovation projects, faster modeling of complex openings, and BIM collaboration in real time between Allplan and Solibri. Powerful visual and animation enhancements and real-time synchronization with Lumion enable convincing and successful presentations of concepts. BIM-compliant planning and allocation is simplified.
