No Mouse Wheel Zoom 1.1
All browsers have a zoom feature and it allows you to zoom in or out the view of a web page. Unlike resizing the font, zooming zooms in or out on everything on the page, including text and images. To use zoom, hold down the CTRL key, then scroll the Mouse Wheel to zoom in or out. This is a very useful function but can sometimes Annoy people if they accidentally trigger ctrl-wheel or touchpad-two-finger more often than deliberate.
