Oculens Document and Data Capture is the software used to separate the scanned document images using the bar code. With it, you can create virtual directories with a limited number of numbers, where you can manage the basic parameters of the scanning process using the previously defined bulk configurations. The basic settings of the scanner set by the administrator, use the scanner configuration that allows the exploitation of the unique properties of the scanner. Using each of the technical capabilities of your scanner at a maximum level, create excellent quality document images!

Thanks to the advanced imaging tool, the handling of the documents a few thousand pages, even the size of gigabytes, is nothing difficult. The viewer identifier scans the image and determines the appropriate bar codes on the image. You can set the bar code on the pages at any location.
