Use:

1. When you start Service Security Editor, it will display a list of services running on your machine.

2. Select a service and click the Open... button to pop up the service's standard Windows Service Security Settings window.

3. From there, select a user in the top section and check the boxes below to grant or deny him any abilities you see fit. Click the Add... button to include an account that is not on the list. And of course, click the OK or Apply button to record your changes.
