WillyWeather is a feature-packed weather app that includes radar and NOAA satellites, detailed forecasts for wind, rain, tides, ocean waves and UV, as well as moon phases as well like sunrise and sunset times. In addition to our regular weather service, we process and refine coordinate-specific forecast data for more than 175,000 locations across the United States, including all towns, cities, beaches, rivers, parks, lakes and islands.

Weather data

• Weather - Six-day NOAA weather forecast tailored to each location including min/max temperatures and detailed weather descriptions.
• Radar - NOAA's raw radar data, refined, processed and integrated with Google maps.
• Satellite - National satellite view, showing cloud cover for the entire US, integrated with Google maps.
• Tides - The most comprehensive tide timing system in the United States, bringing together NOAA standard port data with WillyWeather-generated offsets for specific locations. Includes every beach in the United States as well as many river systems and coves.
• Wind -The most accurate global wind forecast model is collected from NOAA, interpolated to precise coordinates for each location, and calibrated based on real-time wind observations to provide the most effective information.
• UV - Hourly UV index forecast, including warnings highlighting extreme conditions where there is a risk of damage from unprotected sun exposure.
• Moon phases - Full moon and new moon phases, illumination times, rising and setting times. Deep integration with tidal data.
• Rainfall - A visual indicator of the likelihood of rain in the coming week.
• Swell - Swell height, period, and direction for every beach and surf spot in the United States.
• Dawn Sunset - Sunrise and sunset times with first light and last light.
• Real-time observational data - with trends for all locations including current temperature, suitable temperature, rain today, rain last hour, humidity, pressure, speed wind, wind direction, wind gust and dew point.
• NOAA Alerts - Easily accessible and specifically targeted to affected locations.
