Any organization can use this program to register visitor recordings. Visitor Management software makes it easier to track when and who is visited. The program has a special visit log that can be easily used to record who arrives, who books the visit, and the purpose of the visit. You can also add other information about the visitor, for example, entrance fee or card number. If necessary, such access logs can be printed in the required format - CSV or PDF.

Each entry can have a status, like: reserved, visit started/completed. Depending on the needs of the company, your own filters with the necessary parameters can be placed in the access log, such as status, date, visitors, etc.

The program makes it easy to maintain a database of visitors. If the visit is not the first, the visitor can be selected from the program list.

Each visitor tag has multiple fields that provide additional data about the person it describes. Among those information, you can find personal information, contact information, and more. It will be very convenient if the guest card has a list of all his visits, as well as their purpose.

The program provides the opportunity to provide all visitors with various services and issue invoices. Invoices can be printed (if required) in PDF format. For statistical purposes, the program offers special and convenient features. So you can easily see who and how many visits.

You don't need to worry about studying the program. In fact, it is very simple and accessible. So the so-called quick button is even provided in the software. Employee list import also exists in our product. Every program's listings can be exported or printed, which further simplifies the workflow. Optionally, you can back up program data and other operations to make your work easier and more enjoyable.
