Features of Fritzing

Fritzing provides three main views for designing electronics projects:

• Bridge View: Allows users to virtually place and connect components on a circuit board, making it easy to prototype circuits.
• Schematic View: Provides a traditional schematic representation.
• PCB View: Allows users to design printed circuit boards (PCBs) by placing components and routing connections, with an automatic router supporting layout by track.

Fritzing has an active community site where users can share projects, discuss designs, and access tutorials and learning materials. This community aspect helps reduce manufacturing costs and fosters collaboration.

Through the Fritzing Fab service (provided by partners such as AISLER), users can easily turn their designs into professionally manufactured PCBs that are shipped worldwide. The service supports rapid prototyping and small-scale manufacturing.
