• Flicker Free was originally designed to eliminate Time-Lapse flicker, but it works extremely well on many other types of flicker. The most common problem is that the camera and lights are out of sync leading to rolling bands. However, it works on flicker from LED or fluorescent lights, slow motion (high speed) footage, drone footage and more.

Simple anti-flicker presets

• We strive to create intuitive software that delivers exceptional results while remaining incredibly easy to use. Flicker Free comes with presets for most types of video flicker, and only a few parameters need adjusting if the anti-flicker presets aren't perfect. You'll be surprised at how quickly you can fix video flickering that often requires re-recording.

Motion Compensation

• Flicker Free uses an optical flow algorithm (used to re-time footage) to detect and identify independently moving objects, even in the presence of camera movement. For shots with a moving camera or a lot of movement in the video, these built-in motion estimation algorithms are very effective for fixing poor quality video or footage that was previously impossible to fix.

GPU acceleration

• Removing flicker from your footage requires us to request a lot of frames from the application that stores and analyze all the color information in those frames. And this can take a minute or two, especially when processing 4K or larger footage. Flicker Free 2.0 comes with a significant 300% more GPU accelerated performance compared to the previous version.
