The RealStrat model-based virtual instrument faithfully reproduces the Stratocaster(R) sound from both a sonic and playability perspective. Advanced technology gives users the freedom to create everything from simple strumming techniques to the most complex solos. RealStrat 6 is the combination of two instruments: REALSTRAT STANDARD – our original RealStrat model with tons of new playing features, fully backward compatible with previous RealStrat versions, and REALSTRAT ELITE – the launch of a new sample set Ours were recorded from each of three Stratocaster pickups, featuring four patches and two tuning choices for each.

Version 6 supports external guitar FX processors, which is important for creating realistic guitar parts. Our experts have thoroughly tested the guitar tones used in most famous songs played by the greatest guitarists and come up with over two hundred authentic presets that sound similar as they heard, ready to use in your next song. We recommend the open source Guitarix.vst virtual guitar amplifier as a powerful and flexible solution for using these presets. Combining virtual guitar and FX processors allows you to store guitar sounds and FX processor presets at the same time, saving you real time.

HOW TO USE

There are three ways to use the RealStrat virtual engine.

• Intuitive keyboard layout allows LIVE/MIDI KEYBOARD PERFORMANCE with a variety of pronunciations, sounds, guitar-specific tips, strumming techniques and finger picking.
• Any guitar performance created on a MIDI keyboard can be recorded or programmed directly INTO THE MIDI TRACK OF ANY DAW.
• THE BUILT-IN SONG ARRANGER is designed to arrange entire songs by simply inserting chord symbols and selecting pre-recorded guitar rhythm patterns.
